DINITROL 500
is a one component, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive for the direct glazing of automotive glasses.
This a standard product used on older vehicles that require flexibility, low to medium modulus.
DINITROL 501 FC-HM
is a one component, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive for the direct glazing of automotive glasses. DINITROL 501 FC-HM has been designed for the needs of the aftermarket. It has fast-curing properties and excellent adhesion on old, cured or freshly cut polyurethane beads and also has a higher shear-modulus, which improves the torsion-stiffness of the car body.

DINITROL 9000
is a black, humidity curing, one-component polyurethane with the following properties: high modulus, low conductive, cold applied, solvent free, high decking, fast curing. DINITROL 9000 is an aftermarket product designed for use in combination with the DINITROL 538 Plus or the DINITROL 520 and 530 for bonding automotive glasses. The adhesive’s high modulus property contributes remarkably to the increased rigidity of the car body. The low electric conductivity makes the DINITROL 9000 most suitable for the replacement of windscreens that have an antenna incorporated. In the case of an aluminium car body, the electric insulating property of the product will prevent the danger of contact corrosion. New Generation Polyurethane using polyester

DINITROL 520 - YELLOW TOP Glass Activator / Cleaner
is a solvent based cleaning agent with adhesion promoting properties for the pre-treatment of direct glazed automotive glasses.
DINITROL 530 - BLACK TOP
is a black, solvent based physical and chemical drying primer designed to prepare the cleaned automotive glasses and the flange for direct glazing. DINITROL 530 promotes the adhesion of the polyurethane sealer to the substrates, but also prevents the degradation of the polyurethane due to Ultra Violet radiation.
DINITROL 538 Plus - GREEN TOP
is a universal primer. It is a solvent based, physically and chemically drying black primer which promotes the adhesion between the glass / paint surface and the direct glazing adhesive and acts as a UV protector. This primer combines 4 different functions in one product: - glass primer - paint primer – one step primer (does not need activator) - long life primer (no reaction within 3 months)
DINITROL 540 - WHITE TOP
is a solvent based, colourless activator designed to promote adhesion of polyurethane to plastic parts in the automotive industry. It promotes especially the adhesion on PUR-RIM encapsulated glasses for the direct glazing system.
DINITROL 550 - RED TOP
is a black, solvent based primer designed to prepare the car body for the direct-glazing procedure. DINITROL 550 promotes the adhesion of the PU-sealer to the substrate (electro-coating, painted GRP, aluminium etc.)
